HOME CARE
CLEANING
Clean your jewelry regularly is essential to keep its sparkle. Mix mild soap with warm water and scrub with a soft tooth brush gently. For pearls and other porous gemstones, soft cloth or small makeup brush are suggested to use for cleaning to prevent scratches. Rinse in cool water and buff with a jewelry cloth until dry.
WEARING
Snagging on clothing, exposure to beauty products, or wearing jewelry during physical activities may cause tarnishing, damages and even loose of stones. Jewelry should always be the last thing to put on and the first thing to take off.

ISSUES
FRACTURED GEMSTONES
Some gemstones come with natural fractures and inclusions, others maybe formed due to accidental impacts or wearing over time. Serious fractures may lead to crack of gemstones, in this case, choose a more protective setting can save your stone from breaking.
LOOSE STONE IN THE SETTING
Simple inspections can be done by yourself. Use a pin and gently press on the outer edge of the stone’s surface. If any movement is noted or hearing any noise, there is a risk of insecure setting that may cause the stone to fall out. Stop wearing it and bring to us for fixing.
