What are the delivery options?

We offer free shipping for local delivery order and international shipping. For more enquires, please refer to our Shipping & Return policy.

How much does the delivery cost?

Our shipping in HKSAR is complimentary. For other countries, delivery cost may be depended on the delivery region and taxes. For more enquires, please refer to our Shipping & Return policy.

May I collect my order in store?

Yes, in-store collection is available at our retail store.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive a tracking number through email. Please contact us by phone, email or chat for further assistance.

What are my payment options?

How do I return or exchange a creation order?

Creations purchased online or through our retail store can be returned for refunds or exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date. Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Once the quality control passed your request, you should receive your refund within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

How can I modify or delete my order?

Once your order submitted, it can not be modified or cancelled. Please contact us by phone, email or chat if you need any assistance.

Service

May I tailor-made my orders?

We offer tailor-made service. You can design your own or pass the idea to our expertise, our designer then process it into 3D graphic or drawing. 

Will my creation be gift-wrapped?

All our creations are carefully wrapped in elegant and secured jewelry box with a shopping bag. If you need extra gift pack, please contact us by phone, email or chat. 

Can I engrave my piece?

We offer engraving service for your creations. You may choose the font type and size of your message. 

Is there any free care service for my creations?

We offer free ring size adjustment within 1 year from the delivery date. Please note that the free size adjustment is for 1 time only. For more care advise, please refer to our Care Tips.
