Q: When will my item be ready for collection?
A: You will receive a “Ready for Collection” email and confirmation call to confirm that your order has arrived in store, please wait for the confirmation email before you come in and collect your order.
- Subject to stock availability, it will take 3-14 days upon your collections
- Tailor-made order will take up to 1 month process. Once your order is ready, you will receive a call and email from us. We will keep updating you the process in making sure it can fulfil your expectation.

Hong Kong SAR local delivery
Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email and phone call to confirm the delivery time. Parcels will require a signature and presentation of your valid photo ID on delivery.

A: Tini Jewelry insures every package until it is delivered to you or is collected. We requires a signature for any goods delivered or collected, at which point we are no longer responsible for your purchased goods.
Q: If my package arrived damaged, what should I do?
A: Please refuse the parcel and notify us immediately.
Return Policy
Condition of Returned Products
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all certificates, warranties and receipt intact; unworn, unaltered and not damaged in any way.
- The decision as the whether the merchandise is in ‘Original Purchase Condition’ shall be determined solely by Tini Jewelry and its decision shall be final.
- Any merchandise , with the exception of Excluded Items (shown below), may be returned in its “Original Purchase Condition” at your cost within 7 days. You will be obliged to pay for shipping fees, duties and taxes for the returned merchandise.
Excluded items as below:
- Custom- made products
- Engraved or altered merchandise
- Repairing Services
- Merchandise stated as non-returnable, non-exchangeable on its receipt
- Please contact us in quoting your original order number to initiate the return.
